On Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 7 am CST, MLH will begin using AQuity Transcription as the provider for medical transcription services. Below are key changes and information regarding this transition.

What’s Changing

• New dictation telephone number: 1-833-944-3388 (Effective 1/13/2026)

• No playing of the physician's name after ID entry

• No playing of keypad functions after each keypad entry

• Review mode search by subject ID (CSN) only

What You Need To Do

• Continue using your existing Provider ID, keypad commands, work types and macros – all remain unchanged

• Update any saved speed‑dials to the NEW DICTATION NUMBER once confirmed.
