Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare welcomes new Primary Care Physician Dr. Ayesha Anwar to its practice at Methodist Medical Group | Primary Care – Foundation.

Dr. Ayesha Anwar is a board-certified internist who provides comprehensive adult primary care with a strong focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.

She earned her medical degree from Rawalpindi Medical University in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and completed both her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York.

Dr. Anwar is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. She partners closely with patients to promote preventive health, effectively manage chronic conditions, and improve overall wellness and long-term health outcomes.

In addition to English, Dr. Anwar speaks Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, helping her connect with and serve a diverse patient population.
