Your voice matters, let’s build a healthier future together. MLH is doing a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to learn about the issues affecting our community. Take our anonymous 15-minute survey to share your thoughts on local health, quality of life, and available resources. Your input will help us enhance patient care and strengthen the services we provide to our community. MLH uses the results of the CHNA to develop a plan that will address the most pressing health needs through programming and partnerships over the next three years. We are asking anyone age 18 and older living in the Mid-South area to complete the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment survey.
