The Joint Commission requires Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare to evaluate and confirm the current competency of a practitioner’s performance of privileges within its hospitals. This process is known as Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE). Refer to the FPPE Plan or Delineation of Privileges for case log requirements. Refer to the Consolidated Credentials Policies, Section 12 for additional information.
