Effective Friday, Nov. 15, all requests to Central Scheduling must have an order from a provider through Epic or a paper faxed order to 901-516-4900 to schedule patients. Any requests for scheduling which does not have an order filed will not be able to be completed until the provider submits the order in Epic.
