Effective Friday, Nov. 15, all requests to Central Scheduling must have an order from a provider through Epic or a paper faxed order to 901-516-4900 to schedule patients. Any requests for scheduling which does not have an order filed will not be able to be completed until the provider submits the order in Epic. Failure to complete this step will result in a delay in patient scheduling. If you have any questions, please reach out to Terry.Fink@mlh.org immediately.
