  • Automatically add a problem to the patient’s problem list if the patient’s BMI falls above 30 (Obesity) or above 40 (Morbid Obesity)

  • When the Social History control is updated with an Active Smoking Status, place the Problem of Smoker on the patients chart.

• Documentation of Current Medications in the Medical record - NQF 0419

  • Providers should complete med rec in the Depart module. If Med Rec has not been completed, the Med Rec section of Depart is highlighted yellow to alert the provider to complete Med Rec.

  • Automatically add a Overweight to the patient’s problem list if the patient’s BMI Percentile is between 85 and 95 for patients 2-18 years old and Obesity if BMI Percentile is greater than 95.

  • When the Social History control is updated with an Active Smoking status, place the Problem of Smoker on the patient's chart.
