Physicians' Help Desk

The Physicians' Help Desk provides medical staff and their office staff priority assistance in resolving access problems to PowerChart and the information systems network at Methodist Healthcare. The Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is exclusive to medical staff and their office personnel.

The Physicians' Help Desk will ask for your login ID to assist you. Please be as descriptive as possible when reporting problems or issues with PowerChart. Login and password issues are generally resolved during your call. However, the help desk may need to refer application specific issues to the PowerChart team for research.
